HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchases, you have the right to return or exchange undamaged and unused products within 14 days from your parcel is delivered.

1. Earrings and custom jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
2. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to specific return address. Customer is responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Each item must be returned in new condition as it was received and must include all original packaging and collateral material.
5. We will process the return item within 5 business days after receipt.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS?
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
For Sweden and US orders, we will deduct $15 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.
For other countries, we will deduct $25 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLLECTION?
Absolutely you can exchange them for anything available on our online shop within the same price range.
You can exchange items into different sizes and colors provided that the item that you would like to exchange for has the same price as the return item. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you for charging shipping fee. We will process the exchange within 5 business days from the day your return parcel reached our warehouse.
Ensure you mark your return as Returned Goods in order to request exemption from return import duties and taxes. This explains for your local customs authority that you have already paid taxes and duties for your original package, and that this is a replacement item. Any Import duties and taxes incurred on return or exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Should your local customs authority insist upon and issue taxes and duties again you will need to show proof that the item is an exchange and that you have already paid the taxes and duties, and that you have sent the original item back to us.
Please make sure to have the tracking number for your return and the receipt for the taxes and duties at hand.
Please be informed that you stand the risk for the return transportation of the item to AWNL meaning that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the item you are returning during the transportation of the return item back to AWNL. In light of this we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.
AWNL recommends that you always save the receipt until the return of your item has been completed.

HOW ABOUT AWNL’S WARRANTY POLICY?
You have the right to exchange products with quality problems (non-human damage) within 14 days of purchase. But be sure the original packaging, price labels, extra gifts etc. shall be sent to us with the product.
