HOW DO I RETURN & EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?

​If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you have the right to return or exchange undamaged and unused products within 30 days from your parcel is delivered.

1.Earrings and custom jewellery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns must be in its original condition.

2. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returns to specific return address. Customer is responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

3. Each item must be returned in its original conditions, and all original packaging and accessories must be included.

4.We will process the returns within 5 business days after its arrival.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS?

Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

For local and US orders, we will deduct $15 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.

For other countries, we will deduct $25 from original payment as delivery shipping cost.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR COLLECTION?

Absolutely you can exchange the item for anything available on our online shop. 

You can exchange items into different sizes, colors and prices provided that the item that you would like to exchange for is available in stock. Price difference will be charged or refund, but cost of shipping will be charged. We will process the exchange within 5 business days after its arrival.


Mark returns as Returned Goods in order to request exemption from return import duties and taxes. This explains to your local customs authority that taxes and duties of original parcel have already been paid, and that this is a replacement item. Any Import duties and taxes incurred by return or exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Should your local customs authority insist upon and issue taxes and duties again you will need to show proof that the item is an exchange and that you have already paid the taxes and duties, and that you have sent the original item back to us.

Please make sure to have the tracking number for your return and the receipt for the taxes and duties at hand.

Please be informed that you stand the risk for the return transportation of the item to AWNL meaning that you are responsible for any damage or loss of the item you are returning during the transportation of the return item back to AWNL. In light of this we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

AWNL recommends that you always keep the receipt until the return of your item has been completed.

HOW ABOUT AWNL’S WARRANTY POLICY?

You have the right to exchange products with quality problems (non-human damage) within 30 days of purchase. But be sure the original packaging, price labels, extra gifts etc. shall be sent to us with the product.
