Shipping Options
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (USD). Shipped using either fast local delivery or post mail, depending on your destination.
- Express Shipping: Available as a paid service with FedEx Air Express or DHL for orders requiring guaranteed shipping. Please check eligibility for your destination.

Delivery Times
Regular Orders

Processing Time: 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipment from our warehouse.

Holiday Orders

Please place holiday orders well in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery.
Express Shipping

Processing Time: 1-3 business days to process and prepare for shipment.

Delivery Time: 2-7 business days for delivery.
You can check the updated shipping information on the websites of the corresponding shipping carriers 48 to 72 hours after receiving the tracking number. Please note, we cannot guarantee against delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Local Delivery
If the products are in stock in our local warehouse, we will prioritize sending local orders from that warehouse. We cooperate with shipping carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, SF Express, PostNord, Amazon Logistics, and Post Logistics, etc.
*For international shipments utilizing PostNord services, the domestic delivery portion will be handled by your local postal service, and tracking information can be found on the Track My Order page.
If you have not received the product within 15 business days after receiving the tracking number, please contact the shipping carriers for inquiries first. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service at info@awnl.se.
Inventory and Delays
Please note, delivery time may be extended if the item you purchased is temporarily out of stock at the warehouse closest to your delivery address, or if unexpected circumstances cause delivery delays. There might also be delays during sales events and public holidays.
*AWNL will not be responsible for any additional charges due to customs duties. Customers must pay for all custom fees.
